Rosalie is one of Canada's leading motivational speakers specializing in personal leadership and development. She is committed to motivating people to be more accountable and responsible. Her careers include teaching, sales management, consulting, training and development, and professional speaking.

Rosalie founded her own training and development firm, Performance Motivators Canada Inc., in 1980 and has won many Canadian and U.S. awards for outstanding achievements in sales, team management and motivation. She has spoken from the Yukon to the Arctic, and Mexico to Bermuda!

A dynamic keynote speaker and a strong seminar leader, she has worked in a wide range of industries and organizations with a goal-oriented focus on measurably improving business performance and personal growth.

A testament to the tangible results she has achieved and a qualification of her track record is that for the last 20 years, Rosalie's entire business has been totally generated by referral and repeat business.

BARBARA KLESCHNITZKI

Barbara has experience gained from several human service portfolios. She brings an understanding of both front line and management realities and perspectives to her role as a workshop/seminar leader.

Barbara's experience includes:

  • Front line nursing positions in both hospital and public health settings
  • Former Head Nurse-Coronary Care Unit
  • Teacher-Prepared Childbirth -Sheridan College
  • Service Representative-MDS Paramedical Services Division
  • Staff and Volunteer Development Coordinator
  • Director of Volunteer and Student Placement Services

Upon early retirement in October 2003 from PLASP Child Care Services, Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, and PLASP instituted a scholarship, the Barbara Kleschnitzki Early Childhood Education Scholarship Award which is presented to the selected student at the award evening annually.

Barbara has been known by her working associates as someone who enjoys bringing a sense of fun and enjoyment to the workplace. She tells great stories, and not surprisingly most come from her work settings.

Recognising the unique contributions of everyone in the workplace team will come easily for Barbara. Regardless of the job, no matter how boring or difficult, the fact is, one third of a life will be spent doing it.

Penny is a positive and dynamic entrepreneur who epitomizes excellent customer service and a determination to bring the best out in people and their organizations. As President of Crawford and Associates, Penny brings to her clients a wealth of experience, excellent people skills and leading edge business solutions to enable people to develop more of their untapped potential and increase their performance in both their business and personal life. Penny Crawford is passionate about making a positive difference as a trainer, seminar leader and consultant.

Penny's work experiences in the Medical, Technical and Business arenas, brings 23 years of a proven track record in working successfully with people. Motivating and managing people to greater productivity and ultimately higher profits for your company is Penny's goal.

Penny's diploma in Electrical Engineering and a Certificate in Human Resources Management has provided her with the expertise needed to achieve her personal and business goals.

Penny's strong leadership traits were evident as Chief Union Steward in the Public Sector, and in her successful management career with Customer & Energy Services.

Penny is community oriented. She serves as a Director of the Cobourg & District Chamber of Commerce and was the recipient of the 2006 Chamber of Commerce President's award. She is also Chair of the Professional Development Committee, and serves as a Mentor for the Summer Company, a program developed by the Ministry of Enterprise, Opportunity & Innovation. Penny dedicates volunteer hours to the Northumberland United Way.
